We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We may also use it to tell you about changes in our services or about special offers we think you will find valuable. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

PAYMENT METHOD

For your convenience, all sales are credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Paypal, Money Order and Personal checks. All sales are considered final after 7 days. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed after 7 days.

PRICING

Amazing RC World is committed to offering our customers the best prices and best products. Despite our best efforts, we reserve the right to adjust the price of items due to error or changes and cancel orders at our discretion.

SHIPMENT

Shipping Times indicated anywhere on AmazingRCworld.com are 3-5 business days. This means that shipping times do not include Saturday or Sunday. We usually ship within 24 hours following the receipt of an order. We usually ship out via USPS, UPS or Fedex from warehouse in the US and cannot always accommodate orders to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additional Processing Time is required for those types of orders that are shipped via USPS. In additional we usually take about one to two days to process, package and ship an international order, an order going via USPS to HI or AK, or an order going to PO Box. We goal is to ship it out as fast we can.

If any order is refused, the customer is responsible for the actual shipping charges and return shipping charges that are incurred to us from the shipping company.

Shipping delays caused beyond the shipper's (UPS, Federal Express, USPS, etc.) including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a persona to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; Public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; riots, strikes, or other labor disputes; civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks such as weather phenomena; and natural disasters, shall not be our responsibility. Please contact the shipping company directly. The shipping company does not provide refund for shipping for these above cases, and nor can we for shipping charges if your packaged does not get delivered.

SALES TAX

All Washington residents will be charged 8.9% sales tax, except for verified resellers. Product returns are subject to 15% return fee, with the exception of manufacture defects. Shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All sales are final after 7 days (no returns or exchanges after 7 days).

30-DAY WARRANTY

All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 7-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.

EXCHANGE, REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS

7 Days Guarantee: We value our relationship with you and assure your satisfaction. Our commitment to you is that you may return any item in their best condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Items must be returned to the address below. All packaging must be in good condition.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please submit any cancellation via E-mail. Cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
